Sanyo projector forums have spoken about how Sanyo is going to save the LCD projector. I’m just one voice against the might of corporate sponsorship but I’m not sure anything can save the LCD format from its implosion. I will however say that there are a number of Sanyo options to suit many needs.

However, they may not also as stores get less and less interested in offering the most products and instead stock gluttonous amounts of the same thing that everyone just has to have! For the projector shopper, unfortunately, you may need to go into the store and see whatever they’ve got for you to put your hands on, then come out to the internet and customize your unit from there.

If finding one online even doesn’t work, your hand may be forced and you may need to try the auction houses. With some luck there’s liable to be a Sanyo coming or going in relatively short order; that will be your time to strike!

If you’re shopping for a Sanyo projector on Black Friday, you should get out really early. My sister in law got a 84 inch plasma this year on Black Friday but her whole post Thanksgiving weekend was ruined.
